THE ALIGN & RELEASE JOURNEY
A 4-Week Subconscious & Energetic Transformation
The Align & Release Journey is a 4-week virtual experience created for those ready to move beyond what has been holding them back—emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Through a blend of NLP-based subconscious work and energy alignment, we gently create space for meaningful, lasting change.
We meet once a week in a private virtual session, allowing time between sessions for integration and embodiment.

REIKI TRAINING & CLASSES
Reiki training is offered for those who feel called to deepen their connection to energy healing—whether for personal growth, self-healing, or professional practice. My approach to teaching Reiki is grounded, supportive, and heart-centered, honoring both tradition and intuitive development.
Reiki Level I
Foundations of Self-Healing
Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing, energy awareness, and the foundations of Reiki practice. Students learn how to connect with Reiki energy, support their own healing, and develop a grounded relationship with energy work.

Reiki Level II
Deepening Practice & Distance Healing
Reiki Level II expands upon the foundations of Reiki by introducing symbols, distance healing, and deeper energetic techniques. This level supports both personal transformation and the ability to offer Reiki to others.

Reiki Level III
Advanced Energy Work & Integration
Reiki Level III is for students ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki on an energetic and spiritual level. This training focuses on advanced techniques, energetic responsibility, and embodiment of Reiki as a way of life.

Reiki Master
Embodiment, Leadership & Teaching
Reiki Master training is for those who feel called to fully embody Reiki and, if desired, step into the role of teacher and mentor. This level emphasizes presence, energetic integrity, attunements, and leadership in Reiki practice.
